JB Jonathan Berg@jbtradin@omarsar0 the connection persisting is the easy part. an agent can stay online around the clock and still not remember what it did yesterday or what you corrected last week. the hard problem is knowledge surviving the session, not just the socket
HC HTM CAM@HTM_CAM@Teknium I am having major issues with this update. From timeout errors in desktop to sessions in chat taking way to long to respond. Slow down these releases. We need reliability first. I opened discord support requests as well!!!
