ElevenLabs has introduced ElevenAgents Architect, a tool built into its ElevenAgents platform for creating and improving AI agents through typed or spoken instructions. According to the company, its changes remain drafts until a team approves them.

Build from a description or a problem

A user can describe a new agent and attach files for context. ElevenLabs says Architect can then assemble the prompt, guardrails and knowledge base.

For existing agents, the company says the tool can analyze transcripts, investigate why callers ask for human help, suggest ways to improve resolution rates and create test sets. ElevenLabs also says it can scan thousands of conversations and return proposed fixes that have been validated in simulation. The company has not supplied independent performance results in the launch posts.

Changes stay under team control

Architect's proposed changes arrive as versioned drafts. Teams can review and revert them, test them in simulation and pilot them before approving a wider rollout.

ElevenLabs says the tool is available inside ElevenAgents and can also be reached from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and Grok Bot.
