Ben Affleck's reported AI video workflow trains a private model on each film's dailies

A post describing a Bloomberg Live clip says Affleck's InterPositive fine-tunes open video models by training their last cinematic layer. It says the company shot a dataset on a controlled stage over eight months for late-stage training, then trains a private model on each film's dailies so the production keeps the footage and learning. The post says Netflix bought InterPositive in March 2026 for $587 million in cash.
