International Documentary Association urges Israel to stop what it calls threats against ‘NAZA’ filmmakers

Deadline reports that the International Documentary Association posted a letter defending ‘NAZA’ directors Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor and urging the Israeli government to end what the group calls a “campaign of threats.” Their film is sharply critical of Israel’s conduct in the Gaza war. In a September 28 post, Deadline said the letter had more than 250 signatories, including Javier Bardem, Mark Ruffalo and documentary filmmakers Laura Poitras, Rob Epstein, Dan Cogan and Alex Gibney.
