Konami said in the official Silent Hill: Townfall patch 1.3.1 notes that it released the update Sept. 30 for the Steam and Epic Games Store versions of the game.

According to those patch notes, the update addresses a performance-related issue by reducing gameplay stuttering caused by shader precompilation issues. Konami also says players can confirm they have the patch by checking the lower-right corner of the main menu, where the version number should read v1.4.153829.
