Naoki Hamaguchi Confirms Advent Children in FF7 Rebirth

Naoki Hamaguchi, director of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, said the project includes Advent Children because the team set out to fold the entire FF7 compilation into one story. He added that Advent Children forms part of that overall narrative, yet the ending reached by Cloud and the party might still diverge from the film. The remarks appear in separate posts by accounts reporting on his comments during recent coverage of the title.
