Doom: The Dark Ages – Revelations gets free Slaughter Mode next month

id Software announced a free Slaughter Mode update for Doom: The Dark Ages – Revelations during a Slayers Club Live livestream with game director Hugo Martin, according to IGN's report.

IGN says Slaughter Mode is an endless single-player mode where players fight through escalating demon waves across multiple arenas, while earning cosmetics and tracking personal bests in round and score.

IGN also reports that the update is coming next month, though id Software did not provide a specific launch date.
