TLDR

Fortnite has officially announced a Five Nights at Freddy's crossover for October 1. Its short teaser places Fortnite imagery inside a Freddy Fazbear's Pizza-style setting and ends with Fortnitemares branding. Epic has not yet detailed skins, bundles, prices, map changes or gameplay mechanics, so the date and crossover are confirmed while the playable content remains unclear.

Fortnite officially announced that Five Nights at Freddy's is joining the game on October 1. The post uses the series' “IT'S ME!” phrase, tags the official FNAF account and pairs the date with a short teaser.

The video brings Fortnite characters into a Freddy Fazbear's Pizza-style setting filled with security monitors and animatronic imagery, then closes on Fortnitemares branding. That establishes the crossover as part of Fortnite's Halloween presentation, but it does not explain how the collaboration will work in play.

Epic has not yet identified any skins, bundles, prices, map changes or new mechanics. The teaser's locations and characters therefore should not be treated as confirmation that a particular outfit, point of interest or game mode will arrive. Those details remain for a later announcement.
