Clinic opens at NIH to study and care for patients with health problems following vaccination

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says a clinic has opened at the National Institutes of Health to study and care for patients experiencing health problems after vaccination. In an October 8 announcement, Kennedy said he was joined by NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Mehmet Oz and CDC Director Erica Schwartz.

Kennedy said the effort is intended to listen to patients and families who report vaccine injuries, follow the evidence and use what officials learn to improve vaccine safety and rebuild trust in public health institutions.
