San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk won an appeal of two $14,926 fines for pretend-chugging celebrations, Front Office Sports reported, citing two sources familiar with the ruling.

The appeal was decided by a joint NFL/NFLPA appeals officer, and the fines were not unilaterally rescinded by the league, Mark Maske reported.

Earlier accounts had described the outcome as the NFL withdrawing one fine after determining that Juszczyk was miming drinking from a juice box rather than chugging a beer. Adam Schefter also reported that Juszczyk called the fine hypocritical given the NFL's Bud Light sponsorships.
